Project Manager

As part of our Project Mangement team, you will be responsible for the overseeing of all new build projects in the North Nottinghamshire area. You will be responsible for the subcontracting of additional services as necessary, and ensuring excellent communication between the construction team, subcontractors, the client and head office managers.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of motivation, and will be an excellent communicator. The successful applicant will not only be very self-motivated, but be able to pass on that motivation to others. The ability to keep a clear mind against demanding clients and deadlines is essential.

• Overseeing site activity on a daily basis
• Sourcing and dealing with subcontractors
• Promoting best practice among all parties
• Meeting demainding time and budget constraints
• Maintaining financial records of individual projects
• Assessing completed projects
