Our reputation for first rate customer care was recognised when we achieved the title of Master Builder of the Year 1999. This national award reflected the exceptional levels of customer service that Woodheads achieved on a specific project, as well as our ability to offer value for money, to work to schedule and to demonstrate a good overall attitude across our workforce. Our ongoing commitment to customer service has been recognised by subsequent awards in 2000 and 2002.

The quality of our workmanship was also reflected by the raft of Master Builder of the Year awards that we won in 1999, 2000 and 2002.

Our commitment to delivering quality work was further underlined when, in March 2002, we became one of the first construction companies to be accredited for the new ISO 9001:2000 standard.

At Woodheads we believe that people are our greatest asset and in March 2001 we achieved the Investor in People standard.
